Dr. Tracey Yeboah is a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner who has been serving patients since 2020. With a career rooted in dedication and excellence, Dr. Yeboah’s mission is to close the gap in health disparities by offering holistic, accessible, and patient-centered care.

Her educational journey began with a diploma in nursing from J. Sargeant Reynolds in Richmond, VA, in 2007. She later earned her BSN from Old Dominion University in 2014, her MSN from Chamberlain University in 2019, and her Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) to further her commitment to excellence in healthcare.

Dr. Yeboah’s extensive background spans correctional settings, family medicine, cardiology, OB/GYN, and long-term care. Her unwavering passion for empowering patients to take control of their health inspired the launch of Light of Hope Healthcare, LLC.
